Our current opening hours are as follows .
Monday / Wednesday/Friday :
8.30am - 3pm
Tuesday /Thursday :
1pm - 7.00pm
8.30am - 12pm
We have a booking system in place for the last hour of each day

LET US HELP YOU
Our coaches are responsible for your safety and wellbeing while you are in our club. It is our responsibility to make sure you are trained to use our machines and that you used them correctly at all times. Our coaches will encourage you to work hard during your workout to ensure that you get the most out of your time with us.
We love the fact that the majority of age groups can use our facilities.
Girls under the age of 18 are welcome to join our facility but must be accompanied by an adult.
We take great pride in knowing that our oldest member is 85 and shows the younger members how it should be done!
We are still encouraging our members to wear masks in shared areas.
We no longer have a booking system but will be monitoring numbers to ensure we all feel safe.
We have hand sanitiser placed around the gym for you to use and the cleaning stations will remain between each machine for you to use.
